What should I clarify if I need to communicate with a seller in another language?
Check which communication languages the seller actually offers. Ask which support channel is best suited to written clarification.
What should I record if a purchase-related problem happens only sometimes?
Avoid saying the problem always happens if it does not. Check whether support has already asked you to stop further attempts.
What should I check if I need a receipt or invoice for my purchase?
Do not assume that a document can be revised freely after it is created. Keep a clear link between the document and the specific order if you make repeated purchases.
